Allianz Australia – Adelaide Relocation

MBM delivered comprehensive quantity surveying services for Allianz’s relocation to One Festival and transition to an enhanced workplace environment from concept to completion.

Allianz relocated its South Australian headquarters to the prestigious One Festival Tower in Adelaide, embracing an all-electric, state-of-the-art commercial environment. The move to floors 15 and 16 marks a significant upgrade in workplace design, incorporating modern spaces that foster employee wellbeing, flexibility, and collaborative work styles.

MBM provided quantity surveying expertise and comprehensive services across five project phases. Led by General Manager of South Australia Rob Williamson with assistance from David Madden and Ivy Chen, the team provided cost management guidance from the conceptual design through to the schematic design, procurement, construction, and final handover.

The new commercial space aligns with Allianz’s vision to enhance employee experiences and also positions the company for future growth within a 6-Green Star rated office. MBM is proud to have contributed to the landmark development – a milestone for Allianz Australia’s Adelaide team.
